MONDAY

6:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Medium-Intensity Vinyasa

This is a medium-intensity class with a high-energy playlist and pose options to suit your body even if you say “But, I don’t know how…” Vinyasa matches breath to movement to create a steady flow from pose to pose. Oh, and we eat chocolate at the end.

TUESDAY

6:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Slow Flow

This class takes concepts from the Yoga For Larger Bodies class and expands them for yogis of all body types who want to experience poses in new, personal ways. Slow movement allows us to notice things about our bodies that get missed in our fast-paced lives. In slowing down, we can each better adjust the movement and poses in a way that feels best to us. This class allows us to become more in tune to what our bodies need and teaches us to open our minds and hearts to new possibilities.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will have a few available for loan. These classes are suitable for all body types.

8:30 – 9:45 a.m. – Morning Vinyasa Flow

Ease into your day with a Vinyasa-based flow to help you feel both energized and grounded. You can expect seated and standing poses and lovely breath work to help awaken body, mind and spirit. 7:20 – 8:20 p.m. – Gentle Vinyasa

This gently flowing  class links breath and movement, to build heat in the body, promote strength, flexibility, balance and agility of body and mind. We’ll include calming poses throughout to invite a grounded, calm feeling to balance with the movement. This class is a beautiful way to transition from your busy day into a relaxed evening.
