When my world turned upside down with a combination of divorce, job loss and a looming empty nest, I didn’t know what to do. Everything I’d known, everything I’d identified with – was gone. I heard myself repeating “Who am I now?” over and over. I didn’t recognize my life or my place in it. I was blessed to have my yoga practice as a source of hope and stability. I’ve come out of the experience happier and stronger than I ever thought possible.
